CubePore special ceramic filter material in the shape of a cube (dimensions approx. 4x4x4cm) with a highly developed effective BET surface area of approx. 2250m2/litre. CubePore has a structure of biologically active open and interconnected pores. The combination of a huge surface area and open pores creates ideal conditions for the colonization and development of beneficial bacteria, e.g. nitrification and denitrification. CubePore is especially recommended as a supplement to the so-called Hamburg filtration. It is also intended for samps, high-flow filters and as a filling for gravel filters.

12 cubes about 1500 cm3=ok. 1,5 l

36 cubes about 4500 cm3 = ok. 4,5 l

Advantages of CubePore: Huge BET surface area of 2250m2/litreIndifferent to water parametersIt allows you to quickly eliminate harmful concentrations of NH4, NO2 and reduce NO3.Significantly improves water parameters

Usage: The cartridge should be rinsed thoroughly before use. The CubePore ceramic cartridge must be placed behind the mechanical cleaning cartridges. For every 100 l of water, it is recommended to use approx. 1 l of bed (12-15 cubes).

ATTENTION! Never clean or replace the entire amount of CubePore in one operation. Replace 30-50% once if necessary. Never clean too rigorously (cultures of beneficial bacteria cannot be completely destroyed), in most cases a simple flush with water drained from the tank every few weeks will suffice.
